For patients that are new to the clinic. To book in as a new patient we will need to go through a medical history, to save time you are welcome to fill in this form prior and either bring it back it with you or email it back, otherwise we shall take time to go through it on your visit.
Treatment price £35
For patients that have had treatment within the past year
Reassessment price £45
For patients that have been to the clinic previously but have not had treatment for over a year. This is a longer appointment to allow a thorough health and physical reassessment.
